It's the cleanest crab house that I've ever been to. The staff is courteous and the food is good. I will definitely eat there again.
Great food, friendly staff. Happy to show a first-time like me how to get into the crabs and get the meat out. Crab cakes are the best I've had, just delicious
It's been years since we visited this place on our anniversary. Everything was good years ago but this time the dozen crabs we ordered has laid around all day because they were dried out. The fish was left off our seafood platter. When we complained the manager wouldn't show his face. The waitress kept apologizing but it wasn't her fault, then they wanted us to pay for the 2 crabs we had. It's a shame these things happened because the best thing there was the view of the water. We were so displeased.
We just walked out of here. We ordered a dozen crabs and they came out (less than 15 minutes later with our appetizer) cold...not lukewarm...cold. When we told our waitress, she apologized and brought them back to the kitchen. A few minutes later she brought another dozen and a couple were warm, but they were mostly cold. We left, after paying for our drinks (over $40)...we tipped her well. I'm appalled that she didn't brink a manager over. We will definitely not be back to this restaurant.
Used to be our go to in St Mike's but was very disappointed last visit. Ordered large crabs but they were small and barely warm. Raw oysters were covered with ice so all liquor was lost. Crab salad was the best on the bay, no more, runny drenched in mayo. Rock fish and chips was good. Clams casino descent. Time to step it up gang.
