Wonderful experience! Just had dinner here with my mom and her friend after a lovely day in St Michaels ☺️ All staff, especially our waitress were friendly and helpful! The atmosphere was beautiful and quaint--located inside of well-cared for historic home turned restaurant. The food served here was excellent! Warm, delicious bread offered at first, then came our appetizers of Lobster Perogies and New Orleans shrimp--on point!! Then, two of us ordered the filet minon entree--cooked perfectly and paired deliciously with lump crab, fingerling potatoes, and crisp green beans
We came for our anniversary dinner while in town. Food was fabulous, our waitress was knowledgable and made excellent recommendarions and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We went dressed up but "casual gourmet appllied and others were in the attire typical of the town during the day time. Recommend reservations!
I swear I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to. It's not cheap, but it isn't stupid expensive either. It's the only time I can remember having an expensive dinner and not feeling at least slightly ripped off when the $100+ check arrived. We had the saffron seafood risotto and the seared tuna over crab fried rice special. The risotto dish was literally the best thing I've ever eaten, and the tuna dish was easily the best thing I've eaten at a restaurant this year (other than the risotto). And the bread pudding dessert was unreal too, and I don't even like bread pudding. I'll shut up now. But WOW!
Just enjoy a dinner celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary at this wonderful establishment. Indescribably great meal, wonderful staff, great atmosphere... Surely a repeat engagement that must be had in the near future. On the Eastern Shore, this is a must have experience. Our thanks to all the staff for a great evening.
EXCELLENT food and the price isn't excessive. The owners are REALLY great and the service is exceptional... Would DEFINITELY return!
