Most likely the worst beds on the earth. 4 stars for customer service. The place is fine, but the beds suck. Bring your own pillows.
Room and pool were clean. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was the usual variety. It's not actually in St. Michael's. That's a 5 minute drive away. A bit expensive for a 2? star hotel but apparently inexpensive for St. Michael's. All in all very good.
To rectify the above mentioned problems, the manager and I sat down the following morning. After several apologies for the experience I encountered I was given a comped night (since I was there for 2 nights) as well as moved to one of the newest rooms which was recently renovated! The manager was very nice and understanding of these issues I encountered. It was a MUCH better experience once we moved.
While the rooms are non-smoking, they have cigarette cans outside of the rooms. We had one 3 feet from the front of our room and it stunk. We moved it and someone kept putting it back....so we moved it again.
Breakfast was good with multiple options. Staff was great and attentive. Didn't care for the soap. We would recommend this to others. 3-starts
Our wa excellent. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. We would definitely recommend to anyone.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The first room they tried to put us in was horrible and smelled like someone died in it. Immediately went back and asked for a new room. Was than given a new room in which was not clean. Hair all over the towels and bathroom floor, sink, toilet and tub. (Pictures to show), and the fridge didn't work. When I told the front desk they admitted to having a house cleaning issue where house cleaning was claiming they were cleaning the rooms but weren't. Went to show us a third room and that room was even dirtier than the one we were in. They did change out the fridge for us since I was traveling with my 1 month old and desperately needed a fridge for the breast milk. The woman was all alone with no other help and was very nice but she couldn't do much more than switch the fridge. I do not recommend this place at all. Way over priced for a dirty dump.
