I arrived at the door of this establishment at 5:58 PM to pick up a pair of slacks I needed for Thanksgiving travel. Closing time is 6:00 PM. The counter person looked up from her position adjacent to the cash register, but completely ignored me. She did not acknowledge that I was even at the door. Because I will begin travel early the next morning, it will be impossible to pick up the slacks for the trip.
Horrible customer service. When I walked in the lady behind the counter was playing on her cell phone. She did not greet me when I walked in. When she did finally acknowledge that I was there she proceeded to tell me all the reasons why she was unable to help me.
I will NEVER EVER leave anything to be dry cleaned at Admiral Cleaners in the future. And if I had been treated properly and the slacks had been returned to me, I would have had the privilege of paying Admiral's outrageous charge that is over three times the charge for the same service at competing ZIPP Cleaners.
