I ordered flowers for a sick family member through FTD and this flower shop fulfilled the order. I was so disappointed with the quality of flowers delivered. The bouquet chosen had nearly ten roses with gerber daisies however three roses with wildflower filler was sent to my family member. I posted a photo of what was ordered and what was delivered asking what happened to the rest of the flowers on their Facebook page which they subsequently deleted. Great customer service there! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company unless you're okay with getting ripped off.
