Love this place! Tri shops are hard to find on the eastern shore, but this is absolutely worth the drive from Salisbury. I had a tune-up and a quick fitting done on my road bike, and Jason was very friendly and knowledgable. And there's an impressive selection of gear and apparel, so I'll definitely be back.
After having been ripped off by a bike shop on Goldsborough St. near RT 50 (no names mentioned), I was thrilled to find Jason at TriCycle and Run. The husband and wife team are friendly, conscientious, fast, skilled and honest. The number one bike shop on the shore - five stars, two thumbs up!
This is a terrific shop. They know what they are doing and they deliver. I can’t think of a better place to shop bikes and bike gear. I count on Jason and Laura to keep my bikes in the best possible shape.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Great resource for the tri community. Being a runner, there is a great selection of trail food (gels and chews) and supplementation. The Chances are EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE of our community, hosting monthly 5Ks amd continually giving back. Please support local and stop in!
