I am always nervous going somewhere new due to my fine light hair requiring a skilled stylist. Miranda took my hair from long to pixie. Beautiful job on hair that shows every scissor mark if poorly done. Loved it so much brought my daughters back the next day for cut and color. Their hair turned out gorgeous and they are thrilled.
Serendipity is great salon! I'd go back tomorrow for a trim and makeup consultation if they were closer!

Dropped by to inquire about a wash & blow out for my long curly hair. An appt was Happily made for a very good price in a few hours. Michelle was friendly, warm & talented. My hair looks great! I will be back!
I eloped this July. I had a lot to do. I had to move from New York and find someone to take over my two year lease. I was excited about the wedding, but between packing, finishing work and finding a dress etc, I neglected to properly set up things like hair, makeup and flowers. I booked an appointment with Serendipity online and they were able to accommodate me. Michelle did a FANTASTIC job! I have relatively short, layered, red hair, but I wanted a neat updo for the wedding. I wasn't sure she would be able to do this considering the length of my hair and it's curly texture. She is exceptionally talented! My updo looked fantastic( neat, elegant, natural and romantic) and held all day. I got married at 7:30pm and my appointment was a 10:30am.. that's quite a stretch. The makeup was great too. I didn't look over styled nor under polished. I don't usually strut, but I felt really pretty!
I am indebted. I'm from New York City and I have been to my fair share of top end NY salons in my quest for better looking everything..I've been a bridesmaid 7 times before and had some really weird styles piled on top of my head and makeup jobs I've had to wash off immediately afterwards. Every bit of the work Michelle did was perfect. I am so glad they were able to help me and with such short notice. These ladies may be trusted with your most important day.
