During my visit the server was argumentative, and the food was lacking basic condiments. The other meals I observed looked great and the other wait staff seemed quite pleasant. Perhaps this was simply a single server having a bad day, however the environment is STILL not that of an Irish pub.
As far as pubs go, they don't get better than this. The wait time for food was a bit long but worth the wait. Lots of tv's to watch a sports event. Sound is loud enough to feel like you're at a sports bar but NOT so loud you can't talk to.one another. The service was terrific and the food DELICIOUS. From fried pickles to cornedbeef sandwiches, to chicken wings to fish and chips, Shepherds pie, the food is typical IRISH PUB food but in the best way possible. The whole family really loved our stop here and we will be back often.
Was a great place but when the music started playing you couldn't hear my friend talking
All I know is I busted my face on the sidewalk out front. Must have been a great time.
I love the Blackthorn irish pub. They have amazing fried pickles. Their Corn Beef is to die for. If you like Irish food this is the place to check out. The prices are very fair and the staff is always fun to talk with and hangout.
